    Hello Ellen

It’s a long shot, but – encouraged by my family – I’m reaching out as you are potentially a ‘1st cousin’, according to my report recently in from Ancestry. I’m afraid I am somewhat in the dark with little to offer, tree-wise, as I am (was) adopted about 59 years ago, and you possibly know more than me, if anything. It is possible we have a grandparent in common.

If you’re happy to reply it would be lovely to hear from you.
